| Description: | Maintain production and quality of warehouse handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts and reach trucks). |
| Duties: | - Ensure proper operation of warehouse handling equipment.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Control downtime by informing users of routine preventative maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain equipment, parts and supplies inventories.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintain continuity among management and staff by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
- Must work safely at all times and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of Lancaster property
- Participate in End of Month Inventory.
- Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | - HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Industry or manufacturer's technician certifications preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work in warehouse.
- A minimum of two to three years of diesel or warehouse handling equipment or equivalent experience. Fiberglass or bodywork experience preferred. At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Must demonstrate proficient PC skills.
- Ability to operate a variety of Powered Industrial Equipment.
- Obtain Powered Industrial Certification for lift trucks, pallet jacks and man lifts preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
