Are you Extremely Flexable?

Handle multiple positions within the office environment to include [but not limited to] Data Entry, Sales Assistants, Receptionist and AR/AP positions.   This position requires you to dress professionally business casual, unless otherwise stated by your supervisor.  This position requires you to be incredibly flexible and adaptable as each day you may be asked to switch support tasks.

Duties:Data Entry Support
  • Provide support to Sales staff.
  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Enter, ship, and check orders by utilizing Produce Pro. Verify completed invoices for signature and stamp.
  • Be familiar and comfortable with shipping procedures.
  • Prepare cash deposits for the cash report.
  • Respond and handle driver and customer concerns.
  • Receptionist Support
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
  • Professionally answer incoming calls.
  • Make sure visitor log is accurate and available for use in emergency situations.
  • Hand out Consumer Disclosure forms to all applicants applying for a position and once turned in, place in HR box.
  • Answer candidate questions regarding application process.
    • AR/AP Support

    • Verify invoices by reconciling to supporting documentation, such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, receiving reports, etc...
    • Obtain authorization for payment from appropriate level of management.
    • Input payments into computer system according to vendor terms, assigning proper expense classifications.
    • Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain auditable records of financial transactions.
    • Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve issues
    • Document Imaging Scanning all pertinent Lancaster information as directed by VP of Operations
    • Handle copying, filing and faxing.
    • Provide additional support to Sales, Operations, HR, and the Office as directed.
    • Must work safely at all times and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness of office.
    • Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Additional Support

      • Document Imaging Scanning all pertinent Lancaster information as directed by VP of Operations
      • Handle copying, filing and faxing
      •  Provide additional support to Sales, Operations, HR, and the Office as directed
      •  Must work safely at all times and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
      •  Maintain cleanliness of office.
      • Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures
      • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two to three years of related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must possess 10-key calculator and keyboard experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate satisfactory written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, excellent customer service and satisfactory listening skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
