Description:

Duties:

Maintain Warehouse Receiving operations
Manage the Receiving process
Safeguard warehouse operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Assist department managers as needed.
Communicate effectively with Buyers on products as well as other departments
Manage a crew of 8+ employees
Oversee shift when assigned.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age to work in warehouse.
A minimum of one to two years of related experience.
Must currently be or has had Lancaster Management or Crew Leader experience
Ability to operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks to include Stand Up Reach Truck.
Obtain Powered Industrial Certification for lift trucks, pallet jacks and man lifts.
Ability to frequently lift and carry 1-70 pounds and occasionally lift and carry 70-115 pounds.
Must have own transportation.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
